Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver
We deliver to every Indian PIN code currently serviced by Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, or India Post — which covers more than 26,000 PIN codes across all 28 states and 8 union territories. At checkout, our system will confirm whether your PIN code is serviceable. For PIN codes outside the standard network (typically remote regions in the North-East, Andaman & Nicobar, Ladakh, and Lakshadweep), we may use India Post Speed Post with a longer delivery window.
2. Dispatch timeline
Orders are dispatched from our New Delhi facility within 24–48 working hours of the order-confirmation call. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. The cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 14:00 IST on working days.

Working days exclude Sundays and India public holidays. Force-majeure events such as cyclones, floods, civil disturbances, or courier-network strikes may extend these windows.
4. Shipping charges
- Orders ≥ ₹999: shipping included in the product price, no separate shipping charge.
- Orders below ₹999: a flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies (shown at checkout).
- Cash on Delivery fee: waived for orders above ₹999. A ₹40 COD handling fee applies on smaller orders, added at checkout.
- Express delivery upgrade: available for select metro PIN codes at an additional ₹99, reducing the delivery window to 1–2 working days.
5. Order tracking
Within 24 hours of dispatch you receive:
- An SMS containing the courier name, tracking number (Air Way Bill / AWB), and tracking URL.
- A WhatsApp message with the same information (only if you have not opted out).
- An email (if you provided one) with the same tracking details and the brand's order confirmation.
Tracking updates are available in near real-time on the courier partner's tracking portal. If a tracking URL has not updated in 48 hours, please contact our team and we will follow up directly.
6. Cash on Delivery — how it works
When you select Cash on Delivery, the courier brings your package to your address. Before handing over the package, the courier collects the COD amount in cash. Please ensure the exact amount is ready — couriers typically do not carry change for COD.
You may inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery for any visible damage. If the outer carton is wet, crushed, or tampered with, please refuse delivery and write to orders@newlifehospitalpharmacy.in within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
You may not open the inner product packaging at the doorstep — courier delivery is a handover-and-pay step, not an inspection step. Concerns about the product inside the sealed packaging are handled through our returns process (see Returns Policy).
7. Address accuracy and undelivered orders
Please ensure your delivery address, PIN code, and contact phone number are accurate. If the courier is unable to deliver due to an inaccurate address or unreachable phone number after 3 delivery attempts, the package returns to our facility. For COD orders, the order is cancelled. For prepaid orders, we refund the amount minus a ₹99 reverse-logistics fee.
8. International orders
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not offered as the regulatory framework for export of nutraceutical products varies significantly between destination countries.
