Are the products sold on Newlife Hospital Pharmacy FSSAI approved?

Every product listed is a nutraceutical or food for special dietary use notified to FSSAI under the Health Supplement & Nutraceutical Regulations, 2022. The FSSAI licence number of the importer or manufacturer is printed on each product label. FSSAI registration certifies that the product meets Indian food-safety standards — it is not a therapeutic-drug approval from CDSCO, and these products are not medicines.

Are these products medicines that treat or cure disease?

No. Every product in our catalogue is classified as a nutritional supplement, nutraceutical, or food for special dietary use under FSSAI regulations. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are designed to provide concentrated nutrients that may support the body's normal physiological functions when combined with a balanced diet and lifestyle. If you have an active medical condition, please consult a registered medical practitioner.

How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work in India?

When you place an order with COD selected, our team confirms the order by phone within 24 working hours. We then dispatch the package from our New Delhi facility through a national courier service. You pay the courier the exact order amount in cash when the package is delivered to your address. There are no extra COD charges for orders above ₹999. For high-value or refurbished addresses, partial advance payment may be requested.

How long does delivery take in India?

Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad) — typically 2–4 working days. Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities — 4–7 working days. Remote pin codes in the North-East, Andaman & Nicobar, Ladakh, and Lakshadweep — 7–10 working days. You will receive an SMS and WhatsApp tracking link within 24 hours of dispatch.

What is the return and refund policy?

Sealed, unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Initiate a return by writing to support@newlifehospitalpharmacy.in with your order ID and reason. We arrange reverse pickup at no cost. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of the returned product reaching our warehouse, to your original payment method (or via UPI/bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders). Opened or partially used products cannot be returned, as required by FSSAI regulations for hygiene reasons.

Can I take these supplements with my existing prescription medicines?

Nutritional supplements can interact with prescription medicines — especially blood thinners, diabetes medication, blood-pressure medication, thyroid medication, and immunosuppressants. We strongly recommend you check with your treating physician or pharmacist before starting any new supplement, particularly if you take more than one prescription medicine, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are scheduled for surgery, or have any chronic condition. Our customer-support team can flag known interaction concerns but cannot replace personalised medical advice.

Are the prices on this catalogue the same as at the manufacturer's official site?

Yes. We collect only the information required to fulfil your order: your name, phone number, delivery address, and email (for order confirmations). Your phone number is shared only with the courier partner and with the brand's order-confirmation team in India. What if a product does not suit me?

Nutritional supplements are food-based and generally well tolerated, but individual responses vary. If a product causes any unusual symptom, discontinue use and consult your doctor. You can also write to support@newlifehospitalpharmacy.in describing the symptom — our team can suggest an alternative formulation or process a return on the sealed remaining packs (per our 14-day return policy).
