Newlife Hospital Pharmacy ("we", "us", "our") operates the website https://newlifehospitalpharmacy.in. We are a curated affiliate catalogue of FSSAI-notified nutraceuticals and food-for-special-dietary-use products. - Statutory and regulatory authorities: when required by law, court order, or regulatory request.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your phone number, address, or email with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or social media networks for advertising purposes.
6. Data retention
Order records (name, phone, address, product, payment status) are retained for 7 years from the date of order, as required under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Marketing attribution data is retained for 90 days. Server logs are retained for 30 days. After the retention period, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable Indian data protection law, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right of rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

No method of internet transmission is 100% secure — while we strive for industry-standard protection, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
Our products and services are not directed at individuals below 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, please contact our Grievance Officer and we will delete the data promptly.
10. Cross-border data transfer
Personal data of Indian users is primarily stored on servers located in India. Some service providers (e.g. cloud infrastructure, email delivery) may process data outside India. In such cases we ensure the service provider is bound by data-protection commitments equivalent to Indian standards.
